Why are Core Values so Important?
Core values are those values that direct our lives. They are our “North Star” or our “Southern Cross” by which we navigate through life. Everything in our lives aligns according to our core values. It’s not something we need to think about. It just happens.
When we attempt to operate out of alignment with our own personal core values, there is conflict and dissonance in our lives. When we realign with our values, harmony ensues, even when circumstances are against us.
Similarly, when we build relationships, business or personal, with others whose core values align with our own, the relationships have a healthy common ground in which to flourish.

Hi! I am Alfred Unger. I've been helping entrepreneurs build leading businesses for over 25 years.
I’m passionate about this, because my family was devastated when we lost everything in our first business venture and I don’t want it to happen to you.
I am a certified coach, and teach my clients how to make their offers irresistible, so they can really boost their sales and their bottom line.
As a compulsive builder & problem-solver who has the heart of a teacher, I'm committed to helping other entrepreneurs prosper, and I've helped large and small clients build thriving operations.
In the corporate world I've helped my clients save millions of dollars per year by developing more efficient processes and creating risk management software, that they’ve used across North America.
In small business I've worked with entrepreneurs to avoid bankruptcy, and have mentored others through potentially crippling circumstances.
I've experienced the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey, and am committed to helping others thrive in a business they love.
